The short version. Browsing the demos is free. Prompts and design systems are paid: US$7 for one case, US$28 for all Cases. Access lasts 6 months and then stops — there is no lifetime option and nothing renews automatically. You may use what you buy in unlimited projects, including client work, and anything you build stays yours forever. You may not resell or republish the prompts or design systems themselves. Every file you download is watermarked with your account details. This summary is for convenience only; the numbered sections below are what govern.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or purchasing anything, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or purchase.

The Demos are published so that you can evaluate the work before buying. Viewing the rendered page, or reading the HTML and CSS your browser downloads in order to render it, is permitted. Systematically scraping, mirroring or republishing the Demos is not — see §9 and §11.

All prices are one-off charges for a 6-month Licence Period. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. When a Licence Period ends, it simply ends; you may buy a new one if you want continued access.
All prices are in United States dollars (USD), and USD is the contractual currency. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the charge and apply foreign-exchange or cross-border fees. Those rates and fees are outside our control. The payment page shows the USD amount we charge before you pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
Prices are exclusive of any value-added tax, goods and services tax, sales tax or similar charge unless stated otherwise at checkout. Where we are required to collect such tax, it will be shown before you pay. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your own use of the Materials.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a Licence Period you have already paid for.
Each purchase grants access for 180 days from the moment payment is confirmed. We do not offer a lifetime or perpetual access option.
Purchases stack rather than replace. If you buy a Single Case and later buy All Cases, both remain valid for their own 6 months. Buying again before your current period ends adds a further 6 months from the date of that purchase; it does not shorten what you already have.
We will try to email you before a Licence Period ends. That reminder is a courtesy, not a condition of these Terms, and failing to receive it does not extend your access.
The Materials are text and are delivered the moment you buy them. Before checkout you must confirm that:
Checkout will not proceed without that confirmation. We record the fact and time of it with your order.
If you have not yet downloaded or copied any Materials under a purchase, you may ask us to cancel it and we will refund you in full, no reason needed.
Purchases are non-refundable, because text cannot be returned. We will still refund you where:
We may also refund outside these cases at our discretion. Ask.
Email ashertee@aicdesolutions.com with your order reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback filed without contacting us first costs us more than the sale is worth, and we may suspend the account under §13 while it is resolved. We have never refused a legitimate refund request.
We market and sell this Service to customers in the United States. We do not direct it at the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other markets. If, despite that, you are a consumer whose local law grants you a mandatory right of withdrawal or cancellation that cannot be waived by agreement, that right applies regardless of anything in this section and your confirmation above does not remove it.
If we refund a purchase, the corresponding access ends immediately, and §6's survival rule for End Products does not apply to that purchase.
Subject to these Terms and to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide licence, for the Licence Period, to use the Materials you purchased. Under that licence you may:
We retain all rights not expressly granted. Nothing here transfers ownership of the Materials to you.
Your End Products are yours. We claim no ownership of the websites or other deliverables you build, and no attribution is required.
You may not:
Breaching this section is a material breach and may result in immediate termination under §13 without refund, in addition to any other remedy available to us.
Every copy of the Materials we deliver to you is individually fingerprinted. We tell you this openly because doing so is what makes it fair.
Each delivery carries two layers of marking:
These markings identify the account that obtained the copy. If Materials appear somewhere they should not, we can trace them back to the order. Removing, altering or attempting to strip either layer is a breach of §9.
We record each delivery — which Case, which type of Material, when, and a hashed form of the IP address. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
You agree not to:
We apply rate limits and daily download limits to protect the Service. These may change without notice. Sustained use far beyond what one person could plausibly need may be treated as a breach of this section.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to ashertee@aicdesolutions.com rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue you for good-faith research reported responsibly.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and parts of the Service may be unavailable from time to time.
The catalogue changes. We may add, revise, retire or remove Cases. If you bought All Cases, Cases added during your Licence Period are included at no extra cost. If a Case is removed, that does not by itself entitle you to a refund; if you had already downloaded its Materials, your licence to what you downloaded continues for the rest of your Licence Period.
We may remove a Case at any time, including for legal reasons. Where a Case is removed because of a third-party rights claim, you must stop using its Materials to create new End Products once we notify you.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms — in particular §9 or §11 — or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to put things right.
If we terminate for your material breach, you are not entitled to a refund of any remaining Licence Period, and the §6 survival rule does not apply to End Products created in breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections 8 (as to permanent End Product rights), 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 and 18 survive termination.
The Prompts are designed to be used with third-party AI tools. We do not control those tools, and we are not responsible for their output, terms, pricing or availability.
Output generated by an AI tool from our Prompts is not guaranteed to be identical to the Demo, and may vary between tools, models and runs. You are responsible for reviewing what a tool produces before using it, including checking it for accuracy, accessibility, licensing of any assets it introduces, and legal compliance in your market.
Demos may reference fonts, images or libraries provided by third parties under their own licences. Where a Demo uses such an asset, the licence for that asset is between you and its owner. Our Materials describe how to use such assets; they do not license them to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and the Materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the Materials will meet your requirements or produce any particular commercial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, however caused and under any theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$28.
You accept that this limit is reasonable given the price of the Materials, and that we would not offer them at these prices without it.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Materials, or your End Products — including any claim that an End Product infringes a third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that:

We may update these Terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page always show the current one. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
Changes do not apply retroactively to a Licence Period you have already paid for — the version in force when you purchased continues to govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law.

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in the event of a conflict, the English version governs.
